25 HARDLY: Day 16,17,18, &19

Ok so I was out of the country for 3 of these days. I know I drank at least 25 ounces of water on those days. But I was busy and did nothing else for my health.

Day 19 I felt like I was in recovery mode from my trip so I only met my water goal.

So many habit books say focus on one small habit at a time. But I want to make a list of all the habits I want to have in my life and do them now. This is not realistic at all. I see the wisdom of focusing on one habit and after a few weeks once that one is in place then add another. Then I think, I don’t want to wait to do that. But it seems like the wisest path forward. I will finish out this mini challenge of a few habits I am trying to acquire but wisdom suggest less is more. I guess I want to have it all together but life is a journey and I want to celebrate progress not perfection.
