Let’s celebrate! I got up at 6:30am and went for a walk. I did not listen to an audiobook because I currently do not have one. Tomorrow I think I will listen to an encouraging podcast likely from the Read Aloud Revival.
I did drink my 25 ounces of water.
I did pretty well with being mindful about my eating plan. But I did not write it down. So very likely that I was over sometimes. Recording is the best way to be successful. When I had gestational diabetes I never forgot to record my food and I never went over on my carbs. I was very motivated to not have to inject myself with insulin and my baby was at risk of growing too large. Those are some big reasons and I guess the reason for health now is not enough.
